we manage our training process parallel to the goals that we set according to our mission with the philosophy of constant progression in accordance with corporation and personal needs. As the Flormar family we start all our employees’ training procedures with orientation program and hands on trainings and we continue with annual planning.

We apply training programs under the titles such as personal development, managerial skills, total quality management, sales and marketing; we embrace using resources efficiently while applying these programs.

We use the 180 degrees performance assessment and management techniques in order to manage the skills in our team efficiently. As a result we use the assessment print outs as documentation for career and wage management procedures.

As we support our employee’s career development, training and performance management in our constantly growing company, we follow them with a progressive point of view that accommodates with corporation and personal development.
